       Delegates Hornbuckle, Fluharty, Hasen, Hamilton, Garcia, Lewis, Pushkin, Williams and Young move to concur with further amendment by amending "HB5074 S FIN #1 3-11" on page 1, Section 2, line 11 by striking out the word "and" and inserting in lieu thereof a semi-colon;

And,

  On page 1, Section 2, line 12, following the words "addressing homeless," by inserting a semi-colon and the following: "$5 million from the balance of moneys in the fund shall be allocated to the Public Employees Insurance Agency Stability Fund; $5 million from the balance of moneys in the fund shall be allocated to the Bureau of Child Protective Services- Child Protective Services Case Workers;  $5 million from the balance of moneys in the fund shall be allocated to the Division of Administrative Services- Court Appointed Special Advocates; $5 million from the balance of moneys in the fund shall be allocated to the Higher Education Policy Commission – Higher Education Improvement Fund, ".
